Working closely with our client, we transformed this incredible Boston home into a bright, modern space with ample built in storage, exquisite custom features and hand selected high end finishes.
The entire space features new white oak flooring throughout and custom built-ins in almost every room. Our team gutted the 2nd floor to create an open concept living and kitchen area. As you enter the house and walk up the stairs you’re greeted by a beautiful slab barn door and attached guest suite. Turning left leads your into a kitchen that features a waterfall granite island, custom-built pizza oven and dining room table. The kitchen flows into the living area, home to an elegant custom tile fireplace and sun room with floor to ceiling built ins.
We demoed the existing attic space to create an entirely new 3rd floor living area with cathedral ceilings. Individual bedrooms feature unique, up-scale lighting and carefully selected details to finish each space. We loved collaborating with our clients on interior design work, tile layout, and finishing touches. The overhaul of this home also included a new front entry for the 1st floor rental unit, the construction of three new decks for each floor, a small addition to open up the back stairwell, and completely new heating and AC systems.
